Cricket First, Then If There's Time, That Game You Play With Your Feet

Soccer in India is quite the conundrum. You've got a billion people, many excited to sit down and watch the EPL or La Liga on TV, but not too many excited about the local game. BBC Sports' Matthew Kenyon has written an interesting article about India's push to make soccer more popular in a country where Cricket is king. He comes off making it sound a little like the game here in the U.S. The similarities grind to a halt when comparing each country's useless FIFA ranking:
