Hippies Fight World Cup Construction

Not that South Africa didn't have enough to worry about, it's now facing the prospect of a legal challenge in Cape Town concerning the soon-to-be-built 68,000 seater African Renaissance (Green Point) stadium. An environmental group is opposed to the building of the new arena, declaring that:
it is taking action in the public interest and fights for the environmental and administrative justice rights under the constitution that have been violated.
Crazy tree huggers, don't they know you can't fight city hall? Or FIFA, Coca-Cola, Sony, Adidas, . . .
