"He Is Irreplaceable"

Juventus club president Giovanni Cobolli Gigli is hoping to throw some cold water on the rumor circulating about Adriano (plus cash) from Inter in exchange for Gianluigi Buffon. Juve has got a cash cow on their hands, it'll be interesting to see how this all plays out, in January or during the summer.

For his part, Buffon has reiterated that he wants to see out the season with Juve and help them win promotion. He recently stated that he's willing to stay at the club, provided he receives guarantees from management that they remain competitive. Italy's first-choice keeper is currently valued at $54.5M.
