The Grab: Wednesday

Arsenal fans have discovered that last year's ups and downs for the Gunners wasn't one of Dante's levels of hell, but rather perhaps just an aperitif for the real thing. More frustrating impotence (but damn, attractive, tut tut) from North London's junior galacticos, but they could've won 7-0 if anyone gives a toss. [Guardian]

FC Copenhagen give themselves a chance in the group stage, as Lord Fergie Vader starts to whinge like Wenger. Celtic stutter in Lisbon to keep that second place spot open. [Reuters, The Australian]

I guess it only takes a good game in your least favorite position against one of Ligue 1's most uninspiring and unthreatening side. Thanks Stevie G, I knew you were club and country all the way . . . such a good lad. [Times Online]

The Gaffer over at EPL Talk has been kind enough once again to lay out the EPL TV schedule for us Yanks. AC and I are looking forward to hearing about his EPL experience, and it should help us on this side of the pond navigate our way when we pony up for match tickets. [EPL Talk]
