The Grab: 04.12

AC and I love to discuss our ideal players at key positions on the pitch, but we rarely do so with the the most dramatic selections from U2's repetoire. The point is, who has the time to make these things? Thankfully there are people like me enjoy a beer or two while watching stuff like this. But more importantly, you stumble on gems like this, that make Italy's World Cup campaign during the Serie A scandal look like a daytime soap. And for some added perspective on what Argentina's win in 1978 meant, reach into the archive for some great stuff from Marcela Mora y Araujo. [YouTube, Guardian Sport Blog]

Looks like Luciano Spaletti and Co. have AC Milan to thank, according to the Rino, Gennaro Gattuso. Bayern Munich is hardly Manchester United, despite being at the other end of an Owen Hargreaves tug-of-war (which could end soon), but there is just argument for rating the quality of English teams above those of Serie A. [Channel4, Daily Telegraph]

And, the team that first dared think of an unheard of quadruple this season, Barca, have their own channel on the site we seem to be shamelessly (and without pay) promoting. [YouTube]

One of this year's faves to do what Barcelona did last year is looking for a certain Argentine's return after a loan spell in Italy. You gotta love the Portugeezer and wonder what the hell is Abramovich thinking? Or is he a master manipulator? [The Sun]
