On the eve of the last day of the Argentine Apertura tournament, the excellent Marcela Mora y Araujo put up this post at the Guardian Sportblog. A little something to get you ready for tomorrow's matches, Boca Juniors at home to Lanus and Estudiantes de La Plata hosting Arsenal de Sarandi. Both games kickoff at 4pm ET.
As has per the rule in Argentina's Primera Division: if Boca and Estudiantes finish the day level on points, they will face off in a winner-takes-all match on Wednesday at the Juan Domingo Perón stadium in the Buenos Aires suburb Avellaneda. The ground is best know as El Cilindro, home to Racing Club.
