Bald Is Good

For at least a day anyway. Kasey Keller kept his third straight home clean sheet, leading Borussia Monchengladbach to the top of the Bundesliga for the first time in eight years. They lead by one point with all the chasers still to play their fifth round fixture tomorrow and Sunday.

Gladbach fans should be excited by the start their team has made to the Bundesliga season. After finishing 12th, 11th, 15th, and 10th in the last four seasons, the team will be wanting to make a clean break from the mediocrity of the past and contend for one of the league's top five places, ensuring European football next year. With captain Keller providing stability between the posts, the team can only get better.

Gladbach travel to Weder Bremen next Saturday looking for their first away win.
